lucindavance.com is run by Lucinda Vance as a sole trader. Your privacy is important, and in this policy I explain what personal data I collect from you and how I use it.   • to service providers and affiliates who assist in the delivery of my products and services, such as Squarespace, which I use to host and manage my website, and Paypal for payments of services. Please read their privacy policies on their websites.

  • Provide you with or contact you about the service and products available to you through my website.

  • Send communications in connection with your transactions.

  • Send occasional communications to update you on events and developments (only if you have consented to be on my Mailing List).

  • For marketing and business information purposes.

  • If required to do so, for legal purposes.

How Long do I Store Your Data for?

Under UK law, I am required to keep your documents for no longer than it is necessary for the purposes of which it is processed. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed. Any personal data held by me for marketing and service update notifications will be kept by me until such time that you notify me that you no longer wish to receive this information. Opting Out of E-mail Marketing and Direct Mail

Users who provide an email address and opt-in to receive email communication from Lucinda Vance, may receive my newsletter and other email updates about my work. Each email sent by Lucinda Vance includes an option to remove your contact information from the mailing list and you may also opt-out by sending an email to hello@lucindavance.com

Social Media

If you upload content to a social network, your account is public, and you tag Lucinda Vance @lucindavance_pd, your submission will be subject to that website’s terms of use and privacy policy. You are also giving permission for Lucinda Vance to share this information on her social media networks.

  • You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
